Norfolk Birding Tour 12th – 14th May 2025
We enjoyed a 117-species haul on our Spring migration short break in May, a great time of year to be birding in Britain’s top county! The rarity highlight was a superb pair of Grey-headed Wagtails we found along Cley East bank, but the tour also coincided with a continuing good wader passage with several Wood Sandpipers seen and a good flush of other spring passage waders. Breeding birds put on a good show with Turtle Dove, Bittern, Woodlark, Hobby, Nightingale and Nightjars all doing the business for us!
